LB x MT dispatch

Laura Bailey × Madeleine Thompson orders are expected to dispatch in early November 2026. This is an expected dispatch period, not an arrival date. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. If the timing changes, we will contact affected customers.

If you order LB x MT pieces alongside other items, please contact info@mt-cashmere.com before ordering if you need those other items sooner, so we can confirm the available delivery arrangements. Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel before dispatch.

Delivery destinations and charges

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Free standard delivery is available on eligible orders with a checkout order value of £200 or more, or the applicable currency equivalent. This applies to the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, the United States and the other destinations covered by our shipping zones. Paid or express services may also be offered.

Below the free-delivery threshold, standard delivery to the UK is £5. Other rates depend on your destination and selected service. The delivery options and final charges for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates

For standard delivery, please allow an estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch for UK orders and 7–16 business days after dispatch for overseas orders, unless a different estimate is shown for your selected service. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Preorder dispatch periods, customs checks, public holidays and carrier delays can affect the overall time.

Your dispatch confirmation will provide available tracking information. If your order is delayed or appears lost, contact info@mt-cashmere.com with your order number so we can investigate. We remain responsible for delivery in accordance with your statutory rights.

International duties and taxes

Any duties or import taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. If they are not collected at checkout, your destination's customs authority or carrier may charge them before delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification. Amounts paid directly to customs authorities or carriers may need to be reclaimed from them following a return; this does not limit any refund we are legally required to make.
