These terms apply to purchases and use of madeleine-thompson.com. Please read them with our shipping policy, returns policy and privacy and cookie policy. Save a copy for your records. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Products and availability
Product descriptions, sizes, colours and prices are shown on the relevant product page. Screen settings may affect how colours appear. Items in a basket are not reserved, and orders are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an item you have ordered, we will contact you and refund any payment for that item and any delivery charge that is no longer due.
Some products are sold ahead of dispatch. Laura Bailey × Madeleine Thompson orders are expected to dispatch in early November 2026. This is an expected dispatch period, not an arrival date. Any specific dispatch information on a product page should be read with our shipping policy. We will contact affected customers if that timing changes.
Ordering and payment
Please check your order, delivery address and contact details before paying. You must be authorised to use the selected payment method. Your order confirmation records the items ordered, price and delivery details. If anything is incorrect, contact info@mt-cashmere.com promptly; changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched, but your cancellation rights remain unaffected.
The price, currency, delivery charges and any taxes or duties collected by us are displayed at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed through the payment service you select. We and our payment providers may carry out proportionate payment-security and fraud checks as described in our privacy policy.
If we discover a pricing or product-information error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it and resolve the order with you. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, any payment for the affected item and any delivery charge no longer due will be refunded.
Offers and discount codes
Offers are subject to the eligibility, expiry and combination conditions stated with the offer and shown at checkout. Enter a code before completing payment and check that the discount has been applied. Any offer conditions are additional to, and do not restrict, your statutory rights.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery options, charges, estimated times and the LB x MT dispatch notice are explained in our shipping policy. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.
Our returns policy explains our additional 28-day full-price returns offer, statutory cancellation rights, sale-item rights, faulty-goods remedies, return costs and refund times. To request a cancellation or return, email info@mt-cashmere.com. You do not need a customer account.
Your account and website use
Keep account and sign-in information secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Information you provide must be accurate. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or infringe other people's rights. Website content and imagery may not be reproduced commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Questions, complaints and your rights
Please contact info@mt-cashmere.com with your order number and a description of any concern so we can work with you to resolve it. You can also write to our registered address above. You retain any rights to seek assistance from a consumer body, regulator or competent court available under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or takes away mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Updated terms will be dated on this page and apply to future orders; changes will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
