Yesterday marked the first day of the annual RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, now the worlds largest flower show, which will run until the end of this week.
The very first RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show took place in 1933 and now has over 50 gardens with different themes and flowers; the show is also a great place to relax and bring families for a fun day out. Celebrities such as comedian Bill Bailey and actress Emilia Fox were just few of the celebs that have already paid a visit to the gardens this week and with the recent fantastic weather, it’s a guaranteed crowd pleaser.
This beautiful garden is titled “Celebration and Jubilation” and is a British themed garden consisting of agapanthus, salvia, and lavender.
A significant theme at this years Hampton Court Flower show is Rose Gardens. This beautiful pink rose was photographed in the “Roses and Romance” garden where the delicious scent of flowers must be overwhelming. We hope everyone can get the chance to enjoy this beautiful weather and go to the flower show as it is most definitely a must-see, even for the less ‘green fingered’ of people!
