The end of 2014 is looming and with it brings the unavoidable question – ‘What’s your New Years resolution?’ Struggling to think of an answer? Well we’ve come up with a few suggestions that are a little different from the standard loose 5lbs, get that promotion and quit drinking resolutions!
1. Learn To Cook
Impress your friends and family in 2015 with your new cooking skills! You could take part in a workshop, a course or just from trial and error in your own home! There are several cooking classes around the UK ranging from single days to one year certificates.
Leith’s School of Food & Wine was attended by Kate Middleton for two weeks earlier this year. They offer evening classes and 1-3 week courses for beginners as well as certificates and diplomas for professionals. You’ll be guaranteed to wow everyone if you attend this prestigious cookery school.
The Chesire Cooking School in Manchester offers classes from professionals as well as celebrity chefs. Did you enviously watch Great British Bake Off wishing you could try some of the gorgeous looking cakes and pastries? Well now you can make your own as they’re offering classes with this years finalists Luis Troyano!

2. Have More ‘You Time’.
